Carmen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) now practicing with Seasons Psychology Associates, LLC.
Carmen Fleming received her Masters of Science in Clinical/Counseling Psychology and Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Francis Marion University. A person with varied interests, she minored in Music and enjoys video games and ’making things’. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Coker College and she has guest lectured for Professors on a variety of topics from anxiety to depression, and sexual assault, for Francis Marion University and the Governor’s School of Science and Mathematics.
Whereas Carmen’s clinical work has been with a variety of populations- people suffering from brain injuries and other physiological concerns to drug addiction, her primary specialty is mood and anxiety disorders. A strong background in victim’s services allowed her to hone her skills of working with individuals in crisis and those suffering the symptoms of depression and anxiety that result from a traumatic event. Carmen is especially adept at helping women who have been victims of domestic violence or sexual assault.
Carmen is ecstatic to be working with Seasons Psychology Associates, as she firmly believes in putting their philosophy, “No Matter the Reason, No Matter the Season,” into practice by providing exceptional services to those individuals in need. Her years of living overseas in a various countries allow her to bring a unique perspective and style to counseling.
